We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in MG Road. This role requires a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably male. The position is full-time and requires the executive to work from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients to build a pipeline of sales opportunities. This involves researching prospects and initiating contact to create interest in our products.- Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our offerings. This includes understanding their needs and explaining how our products can meet those needs.- Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our products effectively. A good presentation can help convince clients to make a purchase.- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. This means following up with clients and addressing any concerns they may have.- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and results. Keeping accurate records helps us understand what works and where we can improve.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact well with clients. A passion for sales and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work independently as well as a part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software are also important.

Provide timely, real-time feedback to management and hourly/non-management associates on service and operational standards; including feedback on even the smallest of service and operational details. Review and follow-up on property Guest Service Satisfaction (GSS) scores and comments. Create and support clear lines of responsibility for management team, including coverage and oversight throughout the day. Walk the property to ensure public spaces, grounds, work and kitchen areas meet sanitation and cleanliness/maintenance standards. Inspect guest rooms on a weekly basis to ensure cleanliness/maintenance. Manage the flow of labor between departments to support effective management of Labor Budget and achievement of profitability goals. Act as a project manager for the execution of capital improvements (e.g., renovations, reinventions, refreshes, signage, etc.). Delegate responsibilities for operations and projects to appropriate level of associate. Prepare for Quality Assurance (QA) audits (i.e., daily and pre-visit activities). Encourage all departments to operate under Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Local SOPs (LSOP) and make sure they are up to date. Actively participate in GSS committee
