Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Gathering/Documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products. Answering customers' questions on the products. Meeting sales quotas.

The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.

1. Work on Product Photography with speed, quality, and ownership.2. Good in Video Making and Video Editing.3. Work on Ads Shoot and Model Photoshoot.4. Taking care of Company's Social Media Accounts-Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
