In this role, you will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Package Delivery: Ensure that all items are delivered to the correct address on time. This involves planning your route and managing your time effectively.- Order Verification: Check all packages before leaving for delivery. This ensures that the right items are delivered to the right customers, minimizing mistakes.- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly manner upon delivery. Good communication will help build positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery and any issues encountered. This helps in tracking performance and resolving any delivery concerns.- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition. Regular checks will help prevent delays and ensure safety during deliveries.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and team members.- A valid driver's license is required, as driving is a key part of this job.- You should be physically fit and able to lift packages of varying weights.- Time management skills are important for meeting delivery deadlines.- A positive attitude and willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role, regardless of your previous experience.
