We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Costing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing tender submissions for generator set projects. This role requires a strong understanding of generator set installation, maintenance, and project costing to secure new business opportunities from corporate, government, and public sector clients.

1. Review & Analyze billing data to identify trends & areas of for improvements.2. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service to ensure smooth & efficient billing operations.3. Respond to billing inquiries & resolve billing issues as needed.4. To regulate the planning o building construction as per Town/Master Plans/MAP & also passing the blue prints of plans of Town Planning/Master Plans.5. Matter relating to town for proper plan & land use, also to prepare proper transport plans, planning for bus terminal, parking place etc.6. This includes sending involves & account updates to clients, receiving, sorting & tracking incoming payments, addressing & resolving clients questions & issues relating to invoices & providing regular, accurate reports of billing areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Minimum 4+ years of total experience in MEPF Projects costing. Costing of HVAC Firefighting & Plumbing Projects. Develop cost estimation & Bill of materials as per design concept. Preparation of Large & small size mechanical projects BOQs, including equipment selection, technical submittals etc. Full Understanding of detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for Mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards, codes and customer requirements using computer-assisted engineering or design software/ tools. (AutoCAD, REVIT, HAP) Knowledge of Heat load calculation, Ventilation system (Space Cooling & spot cooling), (AHU, AWU, Piping, Ducting, air distribution system, etc.) Review design concepts, calculations, and drawings to the accuracy of design intent, Code Compliance and customer requirements. Review Engineering submittals, shop drawings and various construction administration procedures to provide quick turnaround during the project's construction phase. Knowledge of all applicable Codes and Standards, etc. Coordinate with clients, project managers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.

Technical Proposal preparation, Technical data sheets, Technical explainers, Bid clarification and deviation sheet preparation, marketing PFD/BFD preparation, Bill of material for cost estimation of the proposals, File handling, basic process calculations, cold calling to vendors/clients, coordinating with other departments for the proposal preparation.1. Understanding the clients requirement based on RFQ and preparing technical summary.2. Implementation of project specific standard.3. Technical meeting with national international clients.4. Basic calculations and preparation of basic scheme for the technical solution.5. Process Flow Diagram for proposal purpose6.
