We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Travel Ticketing Executive to join our travel agency.Key Responsibilities:- Understand the clients travel needs and preferences- Research and identify the best flight options, fares, and routes for clients- Managing all aspects of the ticketing process- Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel tickets and reservations- Monitor changes in travel schedules and adjust bookings accordingly- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to travel bookings- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in travel ticketing- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their travelsQualifications:- Minimum of 2 year of experience in travel ticketing- Proficient in any one of the GDS systems (e.g. Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus,) and Microsoft Office- Educational qualification of minimum 2nd PUC- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
