Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualization and Strategy: Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategies for major campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital/print collateral. Ensure all designs align with the client's or company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Design Execution: Independently design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to:Digital assets (website graphics, social media content, email templates).Print materials (brochures, packaging, advertisements).Branding elements (logos, style guides, corporate identity).Quality Assurance and Oversight: Act as a gatekeeper for design quality. Review and approve designs produced by junior designers, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence across all output.Project Management: Manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets. Clearly communicate project status, challenges, and timelines to stakeholders.Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance, feedback, and technical training to junior and mid-level design staff to help develop their skills and improve team performance.Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers, Content Writers, and Web Developers to ensure design seamlessly integrates with content and technical requirements.
