Graphic Designer (1-5 Years)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join an advertising company at Shankar Nagar, Raipur. The role involves designing high-quality creatives for print, outdoor and digital advertising, working closely with the client servicing and marketing team, and delivering work on time

as per client briefs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design advertising creatives such as posters, hoardings, flex banners, brochures, catalogues, pamphlets, and standees.

• Create social media creatives, digital ads, and promotional graphics as per client requirements.

• Understand client briefs and convert them into visually appealing, on-brand designs.

• Prepare print-ready files with correct size, bleed, resolution, and colour mode.

• Make timely revisions and incorporate feedback from clients and the internal team.

• Coordinate with the marketing/client servicing team and printing vendors for smooth execution.

• Maintain organised design files, assets, and a library of past work.

• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in any stream (design/fine arts/multimedia background preferred).

• 6 months to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising or printing environment.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (compulsory).

• Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW (compulsory).

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus point.

• Good sense of colour, typography, layout, and composition.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.

• Willing to work from office, Monday to Saturday, at Shankar Nagar, Raipur.

• Portfolio of previous work is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION

• Salary: Up to Rs. 18,000 per month, based on experience and skill level.
