We are looking for a dedicated Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Amravati, Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and must have completed their 12th grade. This full-time position requires a male candidate who is eager to lead a team in a factory setting. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Production Activities: Ensure that all production processes adhere to safety and efficiency standards to meet the companys targets.- Monitor Staff Performance: Evaluate team members work to maintain a high level of productivity and address any issues that may arise.- Maintain Workplace Safety: Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.- Prepare Reports: Document production statistics and performance metrics to assist management in decision-making.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
