We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to support our human resources operations in Bikaner. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions to promote a positive workplace culture and ensure effective employee management.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships within the team by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts, thereby promoting a harmonious work environment.- Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and providing support to managers in assessing employee performance.- HR Policies & Compliance: Help to implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain legal standards within the organization.- Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and promote professional growth.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a professional degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships within the team. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in HR software and a basic understanding of labor laws will be advantageous. A proactive attitude and a passion for helping others are key to succeeding in this role.
