Content Developer: (2-4 years) - Have worked for corporate clients on their E-Learning Module development requirement especially as an ID to create various level of storyboards. - Review the feedbacks received and update the SB accordingly. - Have worked with Indian & global clients on E-Learning Module Development projects. - Should have fair knowledge about various level of E-Learning Module development for example:- Level 1,2, 3, Gamification, Video Nuggets etc. - Have worked on Gamification module (Optional). - Have worked on Animation based video nuggets. - Should have fair knowledge of the process for E-Learning module development. About the different stages where ID needs to work. - Should have fair idea about development and various tools used such as Storyline, Captivate, Flash, Lectora etc (need to be an expert with these applications). - Have worked on projects end to end. Starting from requirement gathering to final delivery of the module. - Should understand the L earning & Development environment of the organization in Indian & Global context. - Have worked on tight timeline. Good to take up task as challenge & complete it within stipulated time frame. - Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer. - Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience- s training needs. - State instructional end goals and create content that matches them. - Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product. - Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts. - Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods. - Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process. - Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc). - Decide on the criteria used to judge learner- s performance and develop assessment instruments. - Maintain project documentation and course folders.
