CNC Supervisor Graduate Jobs in Surat

* Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing practices* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T* Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and fixture concepts* Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens* Understanding of quality inspection instruments including Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and CMM concepts* Knowledge of ISO quality systems, TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen* * Knowledge of Software Programming like Powermill, Mastercam, NX etc. (POWERMILL Preferable)* Supervise daily operations of CNC machining centers, VMC, VTL and CNC lathes* Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum machine utilization* Coordinate first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks* Monitor tool life* Train and mentor CNC operators and technicians* Good leadership, communication, and team management skills* Willingness to work in rotational shifts when required* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment

We are looking for 10 jobs in CNC OperatorResponsibilities :*Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.*Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.*Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function*Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines*Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications*Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts*Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result*Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly*Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
