Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to efficient production processes.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set Up Machines:** Prepare and set up CNC machines by installing tooling, securing workpieces, and entering programs to ensure proper operation.- **Operating CNC Machines:** Run machines to produce parts according to specifications, ensuring accurate dimensions and quality throughout the production process.- **Inspect Finished Parts:** Regularly check completed parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers, making adjustments as needed.- **Maintain Equipment:** Conduct routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and changing tools, to support ongoing production and prevent breakdowns.- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with fellow operators and supervisors to coordinate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and improve production efficiency.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in operating CNC machines is preferred, showcasing familiarity with various types of CNC equipment.- **Technical Knowledge:** Understand CNC programming, machine operation, and basic troubleshooting.
