Select, mount, and dress grinding wheels based on the material and required finish . Secure raw workpieces to the magnetic chuck or holding fixtures. Set machine speeds, feed rates, and guides to control table travel and depth of cut. Monitor the cutting process to prevent overheating or material deformation. Secure raw materials, install cutting tools, and set proper feed rates and rotational speeds for turning, boring, threading, or facing.

Employee should be able to write or edit CNC turning program in Siemens or Fanuc control, He should be able to work independently with minimal guidance. Should be able to use quality measurement instruments.
