Read engineering drawings, understand product specifications, and program CNC machines accordingly.Set up and manage daily production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or material availability.CNC and VMC Programming for New Part Development. Programming using Delcam and Master cam. Tool Life monitoring and Tool Life improvement. Programming and operating the following machines for multiple job works The candidate must be programmer cum operator and must have proper knowledge of right tool selection according to jobs. Improving the productivity on existing part. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Also with having knowledge of Mazak/ FANUC Control systemMust Have Turnmill Machine Knowledge

On daily basis ( in shifts ) set & run the CNC machines as per plan given Hands on experience of CNC Turning & Turn mill machines operating Should have a through operating knowledge of machines like LMW , Mazak , Nakamura etc Should have knowledge of 2D programming while CAM software knowledge is desirable Should have hands on working knowledge for handling quality instruments like Micrometre, Vernier Calliper , Bore gauge , Digital Height gauge etc Should have good knowledge of cutting tools like Milling cutters & inserts , End mills , Drills , Taps , thread mills etc. Should have a very good knowledge of the complex part drawing , understanding , reading etc.We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Operating Engineer for CNC Turning & Turn Mill machinesBachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
