We are seeking a Diploma Trainee Engineer to join our team in Arasur, Coimbatore. This full-time role is perfect for fresh ITI graduates looking to begin their engineering career. ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on VMC, CNC turning centers, and related machinesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesDiagnose faults in servo drives, spindle drives, motors, encoders, limit switches, and sensorsWork on CNC controllers such as Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi Ensure machine geometry, alignment, backlash, and accuracy are within limitsMaintain coolant systems, lubrication systems, ATC, tool magazines, and chip conveyorsAnalyze recurring breakdowns and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actionsPlan and execute annual maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance recordsCoordinate with production teams to minimize downtimeManage spare parts inventory and recommend critical sparesSupport machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities

Key Responsibilities:Production Operations:Assist in operating machinery and equipment as per instructions.Learn and perform basic assembly or production tasks under supervision.Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the assigned processes.Quality Assurance:Conduct basic quality checks during production to ensure adherence to specifications.Report any product defects or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.Workplace Safety:Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations in the workplace.Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Equipment Maintenance:Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.Report any machinery issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.Learning & Development:Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production techniques.Understand and apply Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles (if applicable).Record Keeping:Maintain logs of production activities and output.Document any incidents or issues observed during the shift.
