We have vacant of 10 CNC Milling Machine Operator Jobs in Noida Sector 16, Experience Required : 2 Years Educational Qualification : Diplomate of National Board Skill Milling Machine Operator, CNC Machines, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Milling Machine, CNC Grinding, Milling etc.

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of partsSupervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate milling machines to perform machining operations.Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.Select and install appropriate milling tools for each job.Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are finished to specifications.Perform routine maintenance on milling machines.Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality control.Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.Keep accurate records of machine operations and production data.
