Ensure machines are set up properly for efficient production.2. **Quality Assurance**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Identify and report any defects or issues for correction.3. **Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure they operate smoothly and safely. Troubleshoot minor issues and report major problems to supervisors.4. **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the correct manufacturing processes and measurements needed.5. **Collaboration**: Work as part of a team to meet production goals and timelines.
