Club Manager Jobs

Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the club's food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, bar, and dining areasDevelop and implement menus that align with the club's brand and meet the needs of its membersManage inventory and order supplies as neededManage and supervise kitchen and bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance managementEnsure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality standardsDevelop and manage the food and beverage budget, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary guidelinesEnsure that all health and safety regulations are adhered toProvide excellent customer service to club membersPlan and execute events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and private partiesWork collaboratively with other departments within the hotel management teamRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a club or high-end restaurantExcellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and proceduresStrong leadership and management skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of health and safety regulationsFluent in English; additional language skills will be an added advantageMust be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
