We are Seeking a Highly Motivated and Experienced Gym Manager to Oversee the Daily Operations of Our Fitness Facility. the Gym Manager Will Be Responsible for Managing Staff, Ensuring High Levels of Customer Satisfaction, Maintaining Equipment, and Implementing Business Strategies to Grow Membership and Revenue. this Role Requires Excellent Leadership Skills, a Passion for Health and Fitness, and Strong Organizational Capabilities.

Handling the residents club includes House Keeping of the area, Fitness Gym, Swimming Pool, Mini Theater, Game Room, Badminton Court, Lawn Tennis, Party Hall and Kitchen etc. Regular communication to residents for feedbacks and suggestions to improve the facility services. Complete handling of Maintenance and cleanliness of the club. Attending meetings with Residents Community members to understand the requirements and amendments as per company guidelines. Taking private bookings for Party Hall and Mini Theater for special occasions and assisting the residents while they are using the facility. Ensuring all special days and festivals are celebrated with unique ideas so the residents can take part and enjoy these special occasions. Also responsible to investigate the negative feedback and making an action plan to avoid similar situations in future.
