Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership on escalation trends, root causes, and resolution effectiveness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management and client service. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulatory landscape. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth clients and senior executives. Proven track record of handling complex client escalations and delivering successful resolutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a client-centric approach.
