Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & ExecutionAssist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, paid advertising, print, and events).Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design) and external agencies/vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of all marketing materials and projects.Monitor and track campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROI) and use data analysis to provide actionable insights for optimization.Content & Digital MarketingCreate, write, and proofread engaging marketing content for digital and print materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and press releases.Manage and update the company-s website content using a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress.Assist in managing company social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including basic keyword research and content optimization.Market Research & AnalysisConduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Maintain and update customer and prospect databases (CRM).Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and performance for management review.Events & Public RelationsHelp organize and coordinate company participation in events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.Maintain relationships with media outlets and publishers to support Public Relations activities. Qualifications & RequirementsEssentialEducation: Bachelor-s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a Marketing, Communications, or similar role.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.DesirableFamiliarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM systems).Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress.Basic understanding of design principles or proficiency with tools like Canva.
