What youll do: Coordinate with project associates, vendors and internal teams Track project activities, schedules, deliverables and follow-ups Process and reconcile invoices, bills and reimbursement claims Manage Purchase Orders, quotations, CSQs, agreements and MOUs Coordinate material dispatch, courier and logistics Support events, conferences and workshops from planning to execution Maintain project documentation, trackers and MIS reports Coordinate approvals and ensure timely closure of pending activitiesWhat were looking for: 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination / Administration / Operations / Procurement Graduate in any relevant discipline Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong documentation, communication and follow-up skills Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Experience in vendor management, invoice processing or event coordination will be an advantage
