We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team LAWVS Legal LLP. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Civil drafting and handling cases in Delhi High Court, with specialization in Civil Litigation.2. Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, replies, rejoinders and civil litigation cases.3. Represent clients in civil litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.4. Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support case strategies.5. Manage case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and requirements.6.
