As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations. Salary- 35,000/- to 60,000/-Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction of building projects with High Rise Building and Apartment experience.Minimum Qualification cum Experience requirement: 5+ yrs Experience for Diploma, B.E./ B. Tech (in Civil).Key responsibility areas:-Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts.-Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks.-Organising construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts.-Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites.-Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation. Determining project feasibility and giving approval.-Developing construction project budget estimates.-Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties.-Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.-Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals.
