Key Responsibilities(Performance Indicators)Knowledge about IMS system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 OHSAS 18001:2007, and cGMP.Analytical skill for QC instrument, i.e. GLC, HPLC, UV-Visible, FTIR, ICP, K/F, Melting point etc.Regularize the QC activities as per cGMP requirements.RM, PKG, In-process and FG sampling and Analysis.Co-ordination with QC staff, R and D, Commercial and production for quality and dispatch related activities for on time dispatches.Day to day monitoring and execution online all IPQC and FG analysis activities.Resolve the trouble shooting related to QC activities.Knowledge about 21 CFR Part 211, 111 with data integrity (Part-11)Awareness about responsible care (Environment, Health, Safety and Security)

Responsibilities and DutiesAssist in QC stability testing, prepare and maintain stability records and summaries.Involve in training and transfer of methods to and from QC and contract manufacturers as assigned.Modify and validate analytical procedures to meet QCs needs.Support design and development of experimental protocols, SOPs, etc., consistent with cGMP/GLP.Participate in special projects and department meetings via input, feedback and execution of assigned tasks.Execute special projects on analytical and instrument problem solving.Conduct all quality QC chemical tests.Perform non radioactive and biological QC on time and record quality of product.Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instrumentation.Involve in procedure review and propose modifications and updates.Ensure work environment is clean and safe complying with safety and pharmaceutical regulation.Conduct radiation safety duties conforming to regulations.Report monthly on supplies for QC orders involving devices and reagents.Contribute to industrial, R&D qualification and validation activities and support routine maintenance.Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:Collect and test influent and treated water samples.Analyze parameters like pH, TDS, TSS, COD, BOD, Oil & Grease, etc.Prepare and maintain chemical solutions for treatment.Adjust chemical dosing as per test results.Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records.Maintain daily analysis reports and log books.Ensure treated water meets CPCB/SPCB norms.Coordinate with ETP Operator for process improvement.Handle sludge testing and disposal documentation.Support during Pollution Control Board inspections.
