As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment and systems function smoothly. You will be responsible for various technical support and maintenance tasks at our office location in Pune. Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors. Handle sales and service activities for products like pumps, valves, compressors, gearboxes, mechanical seals, and centrifugal pumps. Understand and analyze the customer needs to provide the right technical solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Manage pre- and post-sales support including after-sales service coordination. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiate close deals effectively. Report regularly on sales pipeline and customer feedback to the management
