Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day IT operations and ensure the security and reliability of surveillance systems across the organization.Key Responsibilities:IT Support & InfrastructureProvide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.Monitor and maintain company networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, etc.).Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware.Ensure timely updates, patching, and maintenance of systems.Manage data backups, antivirus, and security protocols.CCTV & Surveillance SystemsInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and monitoring systems.Monitor CCTV system performance and ensure continuous operation and storage backup.Conduct periodic checks, preventive maintenance, and fault troubleshooting.Coordinate with vendors for CCTV upgrades, repairs, or replacements.Maintain CCTV system documentation, including layout maps, IP assignments, and access logs.Administrative & DocumentationMaintain IT inventory and asset records.Document all IT support requests, incidents, and resolutions.Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.Provide support for video conferencing and meeting room technology.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 24 years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year of experience in CCTV systems.Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS, routers, switches, and basic networking.Working knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems, NVR/DVR setup, remote monitoring, and video storage.Familiarity with access control systems is a plus.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
