Job SummaryAs a Catalog Executive, you will be responsible for managing and updating the online product catalogues for our brand and key retailer websites. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of product information while adding new products as needed. You will also collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure content is properly nested, distributed, and aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the online product catalogues on a real-time basis. Update existing product content, ensuring it is current and accurate across both brand and retailer websites. Work closely with brand and marketing teams to verify that product content is correctly nested and distributed. Ensure product listings align with company standards and optimize for customer experience. Coordinate the onboarding process for new vendors and products, including collecting and reviewing necessary product details. Review and analyze product data to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. Continuously monitor the catalogues for discrepancies and update information accordingly.Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Freshers with an interest in catalog management or data handling are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online catalog management (preferred, but not required). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
