DESIGNATION: Warden - Nurses HostelGENDER: FemaleQUALIFICATION: Any DegreeYrs of Experience: 2 5 YrsCATEGORY: ExperiencedAGE LIMIT: Above 35 yrs.SALARY: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.JOB DESCRIPTION:Warden is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of theShould visit every floor on daily basis.Should supervise the housekeeping staff while they are cleaning the floors on daily basis.Make sure that the waste from each floor is disposed of daily.The curtains of the floors should be sent to laundry on regular basis, make sure it is put back.Accountable for hostel inventories (Beds, cupboards, dining table, pillows, chairs etc).Any repair work with floors must inform the maintenance department and make sure it is done as early as possible, should accompany all male employees going for maintenance works to the floors.Any nurse wants overnight stay should get permission from the warden, also write her name, mobile number and address of the place where will be staying.When going on leave the nurse should inform the warden and go, while return details should report her back.When a hostel nurse is sick inform the hostel warden, will arrange food for the sick nurse if needed.When hostel nurses exist the organisation should get the clearance signature from theEvery month should give the list of girls staying in different floors to HR, Nursing Head.Warden will report to Nursing Superintendent.Warden should be staying in hostel.Note: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
