The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, customer-handling ability, and experience in the automobile/luxury car industry.### Key Responsibilities* Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and achieve monthly targets.* Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.* Handle customer enquiries, test drives, negotiations, and bookings.* Build strong relationships with premium/luxury car customers.* Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.* Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.* Develop strategies to increase showroom sales and customer acquisition.### Requirements* 3-5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably luxury/premium cars.* Graduate degree preferred.* Strong communication and negotiation skills.* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.* Good knowledge of automobile sales processes.* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.* Leadership and team-management skills.* Candidates with experience in Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, or other premium automobile brands will be preferred.### Salary25,000 - 40,000 per month + Incentives*(Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.)*### Job LocationCoimbatore - Avinashi RoadImmediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates Preferred
