Job Details :- We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, showcasing a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of design principles. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the creative team and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives. 2. Create visually appealing and compelling designs for various marketing collaterals, including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, digital ads, and website elements. 3. Design and produce engaging visual content for both online and offline platforms, maintaining brand consistency throughout. 4. Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and solutions for design projects. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software, implementing best practices in design workflows. 6. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality. 7. Collaborate with external vendors and print houses to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials. 8. Provide support in creating and editing multimedia content, such as videos and animations. 9. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity and style guidelines.
