Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in End to end Campus hiring Coordination.Efficient and effective management in collaboration with candidates, campus hiring managers and T&P team, including communication and calendar management.Data Management, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.Managing & coordinating campus recruitment activities.Responsible for Pre-joining engagement, on-boarding and documentation of campus joiners.Issuance of Offer/Appointments letter post finalization of candidates.Strong communication & Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to Travel.ONLY MALE CANDIDATES WHO ARE LOCATED IN DELHI NCR AND GURGAON ARE REQUIRED.DescriptionAs a Campus Coordinator, you are expected to perform following tasks:1.
