Job Role- Schematic Design:- Collaborate with Hardware and firmware engineers to create schematic diagrams based on project requirements.- Ensure accurate representation of electronic components and connections.- PCB Layout Design:- Use PCB design software (Cadence Allegro 17.2) to create physical layouts of PCBs.- Place components, connectors, and traces while considering signal integrity and thermal management.- Optimize board layouts for manufacturability and assembly.- Candidate should have experience in the full life cycle of PCB Design Symbol creation, Draw Schematic, Footprint Creation, Assign Footprint for Symbol, Generation of the Bill of Material(BOM), Board Outline Creation as per DXF or Drawing, Component Placement, Constraint Setting, Routing, DRC Check, Length Matching, Silk-Screen Arrangement, Assembly Drawing Creation, XY DATA Generation, Fabrication Gerber Generation Verification Of Gerber. - Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation, including design files, bill of materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and Keep records of design changes and notes for manufacturing and assembly teams.Required Skills - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).- Proficiency in PCB design software (Cadence Allegro 17.2).- Strong understanding of PCB layout best practices.- Knowledge of signal integrity, thermal management, and design for manufacturability.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Detail-oriented and able to work with precision.

1. Skills1.1 Basic knowledge of designing hardware.1.2 Knowledge of Altium designing software1.3 Computer proficiency (MS Office).2. Main Activities 2.1 Understanding of datasheet, Experience in schematic symbol and Footprint Library Creation as per IPC standard 2221//7351 & IPC-A-610 or industrial standards.2.2 Conversion of Schematics to PCB layout. Netlist import, library management, and footprint verification.2.3 Understanding of Manual Routing techniques and best practices of MI/EMC, Thermal management & heat sink design/calculation considerations and also follow the IPC layout design standards.2.4 Understanding of low noise power supplies designs including electrical & electronic circuit, SMPS, Buck converter, Boost converters, Surge Protection Devices and EMI EMC Filters, ADC/DAC signal paths, filters, shielding and clock source/distribution circuitry.

Job Details :- knowledge of Hardware Design & Development with experience of 3 - 5 years. - Experience with Analog, Digital and mixed signal circuit design. - Knowledge of Micro-Controller architectures and its interfacing. - Ability to design circuits, perform design calculations and simulations. - Microprocessor / Controller Experience - TI, NXP, Renesas & STM32 Micro-controllers. - Hands-on experience with communication protocols like CAN, I2C, SPI and RS-485. - RF, Analog, DAC. - Wired Connectivity Ethernet, USB etc. - Test and Debug (skill using emulators and debugger) Board Bring Up, Interface testing, Level zero coding. - Should be proficient with usage of LAB equipments like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, current and voltage probes etc. - Study the customer requirements and project guidelines/execution methodologies and quality assurance programs. - Hands-on experience for electronic component/packages selection and ability to interact with suppliers whenever needed. - Experience in working on component obsolescence, product sustenance and design enhancement projects. - Basic knowledge of OrCAD, Allegro PCB. Basic knowledge of Schematic & PCB designs. - Basic knowledge in Firmware development using C/C++. - Responsible for complete documentation package including BOM, layout, fabrication & assembly drawings. - Candidate will also work directly with PCB fabricators on technical questions and fabrication issues. - Self-driven and proactive on problem solving and test/debug of the designed product. - Skills in device driver development, Linux porting on ARM processors is an added advantage. - Handled the tasks of preparing documentation of detailed design of circuits. - Possess good judgment and decision-making skills. - Possess Good Communication skills.

PCB Design layout : Layout of complex multilayer printed circuit boards containing analog, digital and high voltage power components Placement and routing per Client Design Layout Specifications and Guidelines Schematic Capture using Client Global component library Create and manage PCB documentation including fabrication and assembly drawings, Gerber files, etc Work with PCB fabricators to resolve DFM or other manufacturing related issues. Expert in PCB design using Cadence Allegro (17.2), Altium Designer (17 to 22) & PCAD software.Experienced in the design of complex Analog, digital, and power multi-layer printed circuit boards for high-density and high-speed design using through-hole, SMT, fine-pitch, and BGA components.Expert in the PCB design process: schematic capture, layout, generation of design files, BOMs, and release and revision control.
