As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations. This is a senior-level position, requiring a minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in Civil Site engineering.Experience:Minimum 10-20 years of experience in construction of building projects.Minimum Qualification cum Experience requirement: 10+ years Experience for B.E./ B. Tech (in Civil).Key responsibility areas:.Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts..Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks..Organising construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts..Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites..Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation. Determining project feasibility and giving approval..Developing construction project budget estimates..Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties..Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal regulations..Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals. Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback.Site Engineer Requirements:.Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar..Experience in a similar role..Additional certificates or licenses may be required..Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design..Great leadership and organizational skills..Project management skills..Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects..Great written and verbal communication skills..A willingness to learn.
