Primary Responsibilities:Household Management: Oversee and maintain the smooth operation of the household.Personal Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to the employer and their family members.Hospitality Services: Ensure high standards of hospitality are maintained for guests and visitors.Property Maintenance: Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair tasks for the property.Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing household finances, and organizing household records.Meal Service: Oversee meals preparation according to dietary preferences and serve them in a formal or informal setting.Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure they are stocked as needed.Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate household staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role preferred.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain discretion.Proficiency in basic household management tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work long hours and weekends.Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.Additional Information:This position requires a commitment to working 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week (Flexibility as per operational needs).The butler will be expected to handle a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to hospitality services and property management.Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and be capable of multitasking effectively.
