Job DescriptionDesignation: Assistant Manager SAP ABAPLocation: JaipurReporting To: Senior Manager SAP ABAPRoles & ResponsibilitiesAct as a technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.Develop detailed project plans and provide accurate estimates for build, system testing, and implementation phases.Translate business requirements into technical program specifications; code, test, and debug programs accordingly.Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, system tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests for high-complexity functions.Collaborate with technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.Manage operational support, including work during change windows and providing on-call support as required.Implement SAP solutions using BAPIs, BAdIs, Enhancement Points, and other enhancement frameworks.Develop custom ALV reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and related outputs.Develop Module Pool programs as per business requirements.Mentor and coach junior SAP ABAP developers.Additional Requirements / SkillsStrong knowledge of SAP HANA system.Experience with RICEF objects, AMDP, CDS Views, and other SAP development objects.Bachelors Degree (IT / Computer Science / Engineering preferred).SAP Certification is highly preferable.5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
