Requirements include expertise in Business Analysis, Agile, CMS, and Project Management, along with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. MBA or equivalent, CBAP/CCBA certification, and 8+ years of experience required.

Conducting reviews 70%: Call the Participant & fix an appointment. Check the previous minutes. If you are meeting the client for the first time than read his data sheet also gathers information about his organization. Previous day call the client & confirmed the review. Conduct the review. Write the minutes Mail the minutes. Call participants & ask him about the progress. Filling his review minutes in the file. Writing down the common challenges faced by the participants, which can be discussed in the monthly meeting. Attending monthly meetings & sessions. Reading the minutes of monthly meetings & sessions. Check if the actionable are done. Revenue Generation 30%: Identifying the need while conducting review. Suggesting Or Selling product as per the need. Generating Revenue

Franchise Sales Target based concept sales Services Sales and consulting Business Development Handle clients and consult them as per their investment needs in business. Responsible for selling across business to investors. Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship. Attend inquiries from any walk-in clients.
