Role Title:- Sales Associates BancassurancePurpose of the Job:- Drive business through Bancassurance partners, develop relationships with regional business office and assigned branch to achieve sales targets as well as branch activation through product mix and new SP creation.Job Specifications:- Business through Bancassurance partners, develop relationships with regional business office and assigned branch to achieve RBO sales targets. Drive performance & budget achievement of entire RBO branches to achieve Banca channels top and bottom line while maintaining defined LR and COR.Conduct campaigns to ensure activation at each and every branch on a regular basis.Conduct meetings with new customers, visit the corporate clients to ensure business growth.Interact with products team and provide them feedback on partner banks business requirements for development of products.Experience : Mini 6 months experience in insurance and sales.

Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.Salary: 10000 to 20000

Experience with lead generation and Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
