You will play a critical role in preparing and producing high-quality documents and layouts using Adobe InDesign.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Document Preparation:** Prepare and format documents for printing and digital output, ensuring that layouts are visually appealing and meet specifications.- **File Management:** Organize and manage project files, ensuring all assets are correctly labeled and easily accessible for team members.- **Design Support:** Assist in the development of design concepts by creating mock-ups and templates that align with project goals and brand standards.- **Quality Control:** Review all documents before final output, checking for errors in text, images, and layout to maintain the highest standards.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with designers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide feedback to improve design processes.To succeed in this role, you should have a strong grasp of Adobe InDesign, along with an understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Coming up with proposed solutions to meet client needs Writing business requirements and proposed solutions. Interacting with the development team to explain to them the new requirement. Testing / help test the new requirements to ensure it meets the client's objectives. Helping / preparing release notes/user manual of the new features developed. Preparing process flows, wireframes & mockups.
