Manage the boarding process, ensuring passengers sit in their allotted seats and the bus departs on time. Guide and assist passengers at the lounge and boarding point with their queries. Make announcements about bus timings, platforms and boarding calls. Handle ticket issues politely and escalate to the supervisor or control team when needed. Coordinate with the bus driver and lounge staff for smooth operations. Keep the boarding area and lounge orderly and report any safety or cleanliness concerns. Maintain boarding records and passenger counts for each trip.
