Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project details.Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure quality control.Prepare and review project proposals, reports, and technical drawings.Evaluate the environmental impact of construction projects and implement sustainable practices where possible.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction teams.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 3-6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction project management.Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.Proficiency in relevant software and tools.Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.An in-depth understanding of construction safety and regulatory standards.
