Designation : Social Media Executive and Office assistant Job Type - Full time Job Location: Near Sonpur Railway station, Hajipur, PatnaExperience - 1+ in similar roles, preferably a graduate. Experience in social media promotion will be added advantage.Remuneration: Negotiable based on skills and qualification. Key Responsibilities1.Promoting activities and events and new offerings on social media platforms. 2.Designing, curating, editing and publishing engaging graphic content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn3.Following social media trends to implement strategies for optimizing content reach and impact4.Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences5.Designing and implementing of social media strategy to increase Social Media Visibility6.Managing and overseeing the organizations social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LInkedin, Twitter and YouTube) including but not limited to scheduling posts, communicating with followers, responding to comments, and analysing performance metrics7.Generating narratives for newsletters, and other written assignments within project specifications and deadlines8.Monitoring Search Engine Optimization and website traffic metrics9.Tracking and analyzing content performance metrics to assess engagement, reach, and impact10.Utilizing insights to refine content strategies for continuous improvement11.Collaborating with the communication teams to create cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.12. Implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.13. Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.14. Client engagement, noting concerns and suggestions and taking immediate steps for resolution. 15. Grievance redressal, routing tickets to concern departments and updating of closure records.
