The candidate will ensure smooth production by maintaining dies, improving processes, and meeting quality standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for Tool Room operations, including die manufacturing and machine section activitiesPerform and manage preventive maintenance of dies and toolsHandle die maintenance, die assembly, and tool assemblyPlan and execute die manufacturing activitiesManage outsourcing of die manufacturing as per requirementsEnsure proper discipline and system implementation in the tool roomPlan inputs and resources required for die manufacturingWork on continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and methodsMaintain and review die maintenance notes received from productionEnsure die availability as per production requirements (QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery)Maintain minimum stock levels of tools and spares (e.g., core pins)Prepare and maintain die breakdown data and reportsMaintain a record of all dies along with drawings in the plantMaintain die history cards including shots and tool lifeImplement preventive maintenance plans and die improvementsEnsure achievement of quality objectivesRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of Die Maintenance & Tool Room operationsKnowledge of ISO / IATF / EHS standardsProficiency in MS OfficeGood organizational and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesIndustry Preference:Manufacturing / Die Casting / Tool Room
