Single point of contact who will be responsible to tie-up with different schools, colleges and institutions. Mapping potential catchment areas and communities suitable for mobilisation in the identified locations. Building rapport with the local community leaders well before the start of the mobilisation. Creating awareness on SECT program and sensitising the community to participate and take the program to as many needy as possible. Ability to motivate, encourage and empower is key for the success of the project. Articulate future benefits of the training to the rural youth and their families. Mobilise candidates from rural areas and enroll qualified and interested students for the program and ensure that each batch is operating at optimum strength. Prepare an action plan and submit weekly reports to the office. Ensure that participants are regular in the course and discipline and in case of drop outs, will need to follow up with the candidate for the same. Attend job fairs for collecting potential candidates data Tracking of candidates during and after training

Should be able to independently plan mobilization strategy to identify and attract prospective SC/ST/OBC candidates from semi-urban or rural areas of W.B. Use multiple channels for mobilization of resources both government and non-government. Build strong relations with the local municipalities, corporations, gram panchayats, notifies areas, SC/ST offices for brand/concept building and selling Organize camps at strategic places to attract prospective candidates Introducing the govt. schemes to the target audience vividly through public speaking/gathering Sharing the income opportunities of the beneficiaries in a transparent manner Collecting requisite documents/papers from the candidates for loan applications Coaching and counselling candidates candidates in a way for conversion of leads

One should be experienced in field mobilization and good hands on MS-Excel.
