Key ResponsibilitiesTeach biology concepts such as cell biology, genetics, ecology, human physiology, and microbiology.Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, presentations, and practical activities.Develop lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and examination materials.Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure proper laboratory safety procedures.Assess students knowledge and provide constructive feedback.Monitor student progress and provide additional support when required.Use appropriate teaching methods, educational resources, and technology to improve learning.Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, assessments, and student performance.Encourage students to develop scientific thinking, observation, and problem-solving skills.Stay updated with current developments and advancements in biology.Collaborate with colleagues and participate in academic meetings and activities.Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelors or Masters degree in Biology or a related life-science field.Strong knowledge of biology and scientific principles.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Laboratory and practical-experimentation skills are an advantage.

Responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. Must be able to teach in-depth with a thorough understanding of the subject and reach students with engaging lesson plans.Duties include assigning homework, preparing question papers, grading tests, and documenting progress.Freshers with good subject knowledge can also apply.

1. Online Tutoring of USA students2. We train and mentor American Students of Class V to Class XII on Math, English and Science and till date we have tutored more than 1 lakh students in the USA in the past 5 years.3. Should be good in Written English skills.4. Should be willing to work in night-shifts. ( 8.30 pm to 5.30 am 5 day week )5. Can be from anywhere in India and Should be willing to work-from-home.6. Should be willing to procure Laptop + Broadband internet ( NOT dongle / mobile internet ) after they get selected by us and before commencement of our training and work-from-home.7. Training will be done thru Online for 12 days which will be free-of-cost.8. After training period there will be a certification exam. Once candidate clears certification, they will be absorbed by our Company as full-time Online-Tutor employees at Rs.17.5K CTC which includes PF & ESI benefits + Rs.1000 Internet allowance for WFH.9. Candidates will be eligible for a Joining Bonus of Rs.8k which will be paid along with their 2nd month salary.
