As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your primary duty will be to connect with potential clients and candidates to fill vacancies in various companies. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on identifying strong sales talent from your bench of candidates.Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out qualified candidates by using job boards, social media, and networking events. This involves searching for individuals with the right skills and matching them to the job openings.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understanding their requirements and providing them with suitable candidates is essential for success.- Resume Screening: Review and filter resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the client's expectations. This helps ensure only the best candidates are presented to the client.- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients while ensuring a smooth process for both parties. This includes preparing candidates for interviews and providing feedback afterward.- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Knowing the market landscape helps you strategize effectively for recruitment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a degree in B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, or B.Com. You should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in bench sales recruitment. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job boards will be beneficial. Additionally, you should be goal-oriented and able to work efficiently in a team environment. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities :Should have 1+ Years of experience into bench salesExperience marketing and placing Bench consultants ((H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).Proven successful sales record in IT Staffing and Consulting.Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview).Excellent communication skills.Must have strong US Prime Vendor relations Only (NO Layers).Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
