Job Description:Candidates must have 1 to 4 years of experience with good communication skills.Must have experience in hiring USC & GC candidates on W2.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Should possess good negotiation and persuasion skills.Must have sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.Responsible to work on Contract-Hire, Permanent and some time on a contract position.Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.Position: Bench Sales Recruiter:Job Description:Minimum 1-4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.Marketing OPT, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen Consultants.Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals.Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.Working directly with end client requirements like Tier 1 vendors/Implementation.

* Market bench consultants.* Maintain active bench list.* Expertise in Placing CPT, OPT EAD and H1B Transfers.* Develop cordial relationship with tier1 vendors and get more number ofrequirements from them.* Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit to vendor.* Monitor and capture the new areas of market.* Develop new business areas, tier1 vendors.* Cold calling.* updating resumes in all job boards.* Constantly updating the vendor database.* create vendor database client wise, region wise.
