We are looking forSales Associates with at least7years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals.Experience in most fields is welcomed. This is an immediate opportunity to join our team. This position is a corporate position with high growth potential as we are growing as an organization. This position entails placing our technical consultants on various IT projects throughout the US (IT Bench Sales). You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training. * * * Must be very fluent speaking English! * * * Location: Mumbai ,Lower Parel(Onsite) US Based Work Hours - 5:30pm to 2:30pm IST (Work from office 5 days)Drop Cab Facility Compensation:Attractive base salary plus anaggressive commission structure Key Responsibilities include: Make at minimum of 80-100 calls to various companies and vendors in the United States regarding their staffing needs and open technology positions You will be assigned 2-4 profiles per month in our core technologies to be placed on different projects with fortune 500 companies Must reach defined targets and KPIs at all time s Ensure that there is a effective flow of communication between respective departments regarding consultants information and project starts Responsible to ensure that each account is up to date and accurate Must be Reliable , Dependable with a strong sense of accountability and willingness to succeed US Shift Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in sales, preferred industries IT Recruiting, Consulting or Collections Bilingual in English (written/spoken) Must have proven track record of strong negotiating and closing sales Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their success Must be reliable and commit to working a regular work schedule Must be an extrovert and have a charismatic personality Ability to relate to all types of people and understand their core-needs Must be computer literate
