Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to guide students and clients through the visa application process for various countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, immigration policies, and the documentation requirements for study, work, or dependent visas. You will be responsible for counseling students on visa processes, managing applications, maintaining communication with embassies or consulates, and ensuring a smooth and timely submission.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate guidance to students and clients on visa application processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.Assist students in preparing and organizing documents required for visa applications.Keep up-to-date with visa rules and regulations, embassy requirements, and immigration policies.Coordinate with universities, embassies, and clients to ensure successful visa outcomes.Conduct pre-visa interviews, financial documentation checks, and mock interviews if necessary.Maintain student records, track visa application statuses, and follow up regularly.Attend training sessions, workshops, and embassy briefings as required.Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional manner.Provide feedback and updates to the admissions team and management regularly.
