The job description is as below: Must be able to Control the quality of automatic batching plant of 120M cube work capacity. Qualification should be BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Production Engineering. The candidate must have Flexible timing for day Plant operations in the absence of plant incharge, Quality control The candidate should be ready to travel & operate out of Kharadi & Mahalunge plants periodically Role & Responsibilities: Monitoring & Coordination with all team members of respective plant & ensuring the quality check Achieving Targets of production of the plant Daily reporting Quality inspection & sharing quality reports with internal and external stake holder of each batch Maintaining professional decorum at the site

Daily Activities:a) Batching Activitiesi. Allotting the batching of various raw materials (according to production requirements) to operators.ii. Ensuring that batching is done in the right quantities, checking that batching for Water Based paints is done in the right sequence.iii. Scheduling batching activities in such a way that they do not disrupt production schedules in any way.b) Monitoring the new bulk receipts and storing them at the right locations allotted to them, checking for any shortages in raw material receipts.c) Ensuring stock accuracy by monitoring the issue of correct quantities to various departments.d) Overseeing the implementation of 5S activities in the godown and supervising operators in terms of adherence to 5S norms.e) Constantly collecting data for identifying improvement activities in batching to be used for the settlement.f) Making sure that bills are passed smoothly and efficiently so that there are no bills pending for more than 60 days, sorting out any problems that may arise in connection with the bills and ensuring that there are written statements available for freight claims.g) Ensuring that all batch confirmations are done in the same shift and that no batch requisitions are missing or pending for any reason.h) Updating and maintaining documentation required for ISO.

The candidate must have Flexible timing for day. The candidate should be ready to relocate to between Kharadi & Mahalunge Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their Target Production planning, Fleet operations, Cost control Safety & Security of the site Prevention maintenance of the plant Role & Responsibilities: Monitoring & Coordination with all team members of respective plant Achieving Targets of production of the plant Daily reporting Quality inspection Maintaining professional decorum at the site Assisting all the team members to achieve their targets
